9. Complaint & Grievance Redressal Policy

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 48 working hours. Escalated issues are addressed by senior management for prompt resolution.

10. Payment Policy

Advance and milestone-based payments are discussed in the agreement. We accept various payment modes including UPI, NEFT, and cheques. Late payments may include minimal delay charges.

11. Employee Conduct & Ethics Policy

All staff is trained to maintain professional behavior, respect client property, and follow ethical standards. Misconduct, bribery, or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

12. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Project cancellations are subject to charges based on completed work and material procurement. Refunds, where applicable, are processed fairly and transparently.

13. Innovation & Upgradation Policy

We continually improve our designs, tools, and technologies. Our team stays updated with the latest interior trends and execution methods to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

14. Site Visit & Consultancy Policy

Initial consultations are free or nominal depending on distance and scope. We provide honest, need-based advice without forcing add-ons. All consultancy is solution-driven.
